We have rented from Garrett in the past, always with good experiences. This year however, our experience went from good to Fantastic! With all of the chaos happening at our beaches and the overwhelming concern we have all had about vacationing whether or not to vacation there this year, the reservations staff at Garrett really stepped up their game and offered first class Customer Service!!!
We rented a house in Seaside the week of July 4th and for about 6 wks prior to our visit, called Garrett repeatedly to inquire about our vacation options as well as the beach conditions. The two ladies I spoke with, Andrea and Barbara, were always helpful and never showed any sign of frustration with what I can only imagine has been a very trying summer for them!
We were very excited to see a beautiful beach, not to mention a wonderful house. The presence of clean up crews on the beach were the only visible sign of the oil spill. While their presence was notable, they were certainly NOT intrusive on any of our beach activity!
